Caroline and Andy July 26th, 2008
Caroline and Andy were married on Saturday July 26th, 2008. It was such a gorgeous day for a gorgeous couple, and the love that they shared was apparent to everyone in attendance. In the years I have been coordinating weddings, I have never seen a bride show her joy the way Caroline did! She was jumping and dancing all around prior to seeing her groom and walking down the aisle. Her smile and excitement was so contagious!
Caroline and I started working together in May of 2007 right after Andy's April proposal. We looked at many locations and vendors to make sure we found them the perfect fit. After searching four venues or so, we discovered DeLille Cellars in Woodinville. It had such an elegant and rural feel in both its indoor and outdoor spaces, which was very important to her.
Her color palette was very natural using chocolate, champagne, peach, and green. There was no need to try to cover up, or out-do, the natural beauty of the venue with decorations or what the attendants wore. Caroline chose to wear a lace gown with gorgeous beading, a sash and a broach. Her sisters were her bride's maids and they wore chocolate dresses with champagne sashes and a sweet heart neck line.
Guest sat at tables with chocolate pintuck linens named after french wine regions placed on empty wine bottles rather than paper. It was a nice way to tie all the pieces together. There were so many other unique details, it is hard to write about them all. Check out the pictures below for inspiration!
