Postage Increase

The blog post below is from March 2009 and has been updated with the newest info about the date and increase of postage!  Please take note!

It's important for all of you planning on sending out invitations to your guest for your spring/summer wedding, to note, that the price of postage is going up on Sunday 1.26.14 from $0.46 to $0.49. You can combat this price increase by buying forever stamps at the $0.46 price. These "forever" stamps will work no matter how high the cost of postage gets. I recommend buying far more than you need so you can use them on your RSVP envelopes or postcards and thank you notes too! With the Forever stamp you won't have to worry about not receiving an RSVP due to inadequate postage. Saving money and stress anywhere you can adds up to a lot of savings!

An additional tip when sending out wedding invitations or save the date cards, and a common practice used for Australian weddings is to mark the outside of the envelope as 'card only' then you are only charged the minimum price for the postage. Also in Perth Australia for wedding services you can pre purchase bulk postage paid to send wedding invitations at discounted rates. As an industry leader in limousine and wedding car services we meet many bride and grooms who take advantage of these tips. https://mylimoperth.com.au

Sending out your invitations is one of the important aspects of wedding planning. Reaching out the RSVPs becomes crucial when making a wedding seating chart. Wedding planning requires some serious work that combines many different aspects. Creating a wedding checklist and crossing off the items you covered as you go sounds like a good strategy. Thanks for covering the wedding invitations and crossing off of the list!

wedding invitations are invaluable in a wedding. Sometimes you need to simply send our invitations to friends who you are almost certain that they will not let you down. Keep a list of these friends to avoid being turned down at the last hour. Great piece of article, cant stop reading.

Great invitations and storytelling are important to engage guests and get them thinking about the wedding. Great design and sharing the couples story is really important!
